We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of such possibilities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
